Roses & Truffles Cake

One of our most decadent chocolate cakes. This is rich chocolate cake with dark spicy chocolate ganache flavoured with Damson Gin. The cake is layered with Damson Jam and plums soaked in Damson Gin for few weeks. The outside of the cake is decorated in handmade chocolate cigarellos, our own truffles and chocolate roses.

This cake can be made in any flavour you like (doesn't have to be a chocolate) and layered with ganashe of your choice.


Ruffles & Dominos Cake 

This rich chocolate cake is filled with dark chocolate ganache (with a hint of orange and Cointreau), covered in white chocolate ganache and lavishly decorated with white chocolate ruffles and chocolate spheres.

Other flavours are available, just let us know, what you like.

Fondant Fancies

Vanilla sponge layered with buttercream and morello cherry jam, soaked in vanilla syrup and covered in marcipan and drapped in lemon fondant. Decorated with bespoke sugar decorations and individually wrapped in foil cases.  This cake is made into sixteen generous servings (20 cm/8 inch cake).

Doves & Roses Birds Cage Cake

A very special cake ! Perfect for wedding or anniversary celebrations. This particular cake was donated to local Bexley & Greenwich Community Hospice to help raise funds to continue providing free care and support to people who needed.



Flower pot cake

This is one of our mini cakes, but it can easily be made into a large size. Made with carrot cake and layered with cream frosting, it makes the perfect little present. Decorated with sugarpaste flowers and leaves.
