Handmade bread using old, but tested
recipes. The bread is always risen twice and often left to rise
overnight, resulting in an even better taste. Our bread is best eaten
fresh, but is also perfect for freezing on the day of delivery and
then eaten within a month. Our
bread does not contain any preservatives or nasty additives, but it
will still last you for the whole week (if kept correctly in bread bag
stored in a bread bin).
Each bread is kneeded, shaped and baked by hand early in the morning. We use good quality flour - mainly Bacheldre Mill Organic Flour, but also flour from local (ish) Kent and East Sussex flour mills.
